FR&P finds the protection of your personal data very important. It is important that customer and partner personal data are processed and protected as carefully as possible, and besides fully aligned with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR): the European Union’s new data protection regulation, strengthening and unifying data protection for all individuals within the EU.

This privacy statement explains how and why we collect your personal data and how we handle this data.
It is also indicated where your data is stored and why it is stored. In addition, you will also find an overview of your rights with regard to your data and how you can make use of these rights.

Processing purposes

FR&P is a knowledge and service company specialized in Finance consultancy. Our main economic added value is the knowledge and experience of our employees. The above implies that personal data is necessarily collected and shared with our customers. After all, they need to know who they are working with and which consultants are coming to help with the various projects. The most important data is the general knowledge, expertise and experience gained from previous work experiences. FR&P collects your personal data based on legitimate interest.
Your personal data is not processed outside the European community.

FR&P processes personal information for the following purposes:
Customer service and management. FR&P collects contact information of employees of its customers to communicate with them about the FR&P services they use and to promote the FR&P activities. Questions that are sent to us via e-mail can be answered quickly based on the e-mail address provided.
Employment and employee administration
The services we offer. We offer interim management, advisory services, project implementation of a combination of services. Your personal data is used to draw up agreements and contracts with our customers and is also necessary to put you in contact with potential clients.
Supplier management
Google Analytics to improve / optimize website. FR&P also collects data to improve the website. This data collection is done via Google Analytics. This data is anonymous and by definition not tied to your personal data. Let us take as an example the duration of your visit to the website or which pages you visit frequently.

this in the context of a judicial investigation, fine, etc.: name and address

Our customers:

it is necessary for FR&P to have the following personal data of the person concerned in order to be able to present this to the end customer: Name, telephone number, email address, CV.

Personnel administration:

keeping personal data, employee financial data (bank account number), copy of identity card, copy of driver’s license, and copy of diploma for those who have less than 5 years of experience

Social secretariat:

processor of personal data that are necessary for the payment of wages: bank account number, name, marital status, dependent children
Insurance companies for hospitalization and group insurance: name, email address of the FR&P employee
Leasing companies for the contracts of consultants’ company cars: name and address, e-mail address, date of birth, copy of driver’s license
IT service providers: for creating IT profiles (PC, email address)

Retention periods for personal data

FR&P retains and uses contact details of its customers and prospects as long as the commercial relationship is deemed active. Your personal data will be stored by FR&P for a longer period of time, but never longer than is necessary for carrying out the nature of the activity. An exception to this is when FR&P is required by law to retain your personal data for longer.

CVs of candidates are kept for 6 months.

The personnel file of the employees is stored in the central database. We use a retention period of 2 years from the moment the employee leaves the company. For VAT and tax purposes, some personal data is stored for up to 7 years after the date.

Your rights

As a company, FR&P may not simply provide personal data to anyone who requests it. FR&P will always use all possible means to be sure of the identity of the applicant before following up on his request. This is done after agreement of the person in question.

What rights can you exercise?

01. Right to Inspection
You have the right to request your personal data from FR&P at any time. You will receive an overview of your details within a reasonable period of time.

02. Right to rectification
If your details are no longer correct or have changed, for example because you have moved, you have the right to have FR&P change this.

03. Right to Removal
If you no longer wish FR&P to use your data, you can request the removal of your data. Your data can then be deleted unless there are legal provisions that prevent FR&P from deleting the data.

04. Right to Transfer
You can direct the question to FR&P to transfer your data to another party or service. You may ask FR&P to send you this data in an electronic format (an .xls, .txt or .csv file for example) or have it sent to a third party. FR&P strives to process your request as quickly as possible.

05. Right to object
You can ask FR&P to no longer use your personal data. FR&P will investigate your application internally. If there is no good reason to reject your request, FR&P will take the necessary steps to ensure that your data is no longer used.

06. Right to submit a complaint
If you think that FR&P does not handle your data correctly, you have the right to make a complaint.

FR&P strives to process your request as quickly as possible, but in any case within the legal period of 4 weeks after receiving your request.

You can always unsubscribe from our communication:
When you receive telephone communication, you can always state that it is not desired, after which we will unsubscribe you for this form of communication.
You can always inform us by email or in writing that you no longer wish to receive certain communications.

Some messages from FR&P are not necessarily subject to any legal requirements regarding unsubscribing. These kinds of messages are not part of the category direct marketing as they are not advertisements (not ‘spam’). For example, messages about the purchase, invoicing, management, change or termination of your FR&P services.


Cookies are text files that are placed on your computer to collect standard internet news and information about your surfing behavior.
